Shipping Terms:
Order Processing and Shipping Notifications: We try to ship daily with the exception of Sundays when the post office is closed. We process all orders through pay pal so you will get an email when your order has been packaged for shipment and when it ships. All US orders & Priority Mail both US & International will get an email straight from Pay Pal as We pay for and print out the shipping label through Pay Pal. All 1st Class International orders will get an email as well with the customs id number on it stating that the package is being mailed. Once the email has been sent to you, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to show up on the USPS website

For US customers, a delivery confirmation number is available with your purchase.
For international customers, a customs ID number is available & a copy of the customs form is kept on file with your order details along the receipt from my local post office for proof of shipment.
These numbers will also be in Pay Pal so you can see that your item has been accepted at my local post office & has been shipped.

Delivery Time Frames: Please keep in mind that we have no control over how long it takes an order to arrive to any given state or country. For U.S. customers, 1st Class Mail items should arrive with 3-5 days unless you are in a rural area & then it could take an extra day or so. U.S. Priority Mail advertises as 2-3 day delivery, but this is not guarantied, especially during a holiday season or if you live in a rural area.

International orders are very difficult to give a delivery time frame due to the fact that every country varies in how international packages are processed through customs. Please keep in mind that the average delivery time for most international orders is 2-3 weeks, unless there is a postal holiday, and then it can run a little longer. The USPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as business or shipping days.

The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past. After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, We will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. It all comes down to the number of packages to be processed is and the customs procedure is for the receiving country.

Tariffs & Taxes: International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We must list the items that you have purchased and their value on the customs form. We list these items at the purchased price. We cannot guarantee that your country will not try to impose a tariff or tax on the order. We have no way of knowing what each country's guidelines and regulations are for items entering your country. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Returns:
If you purchase an item or items & for any reason you are not happy with it, just contact us within 3 days of its arrival. We will give you the instructions to have it returned for a full refund or make an exchange.

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us and allow Family Market the opportunity to correct the situation to your satisfaction before leaving negative feedback. We will work very hard to insure that the orders are packaged as securely as possible so that they should arrive in perfect condition. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, items can still be damaged in transit. Again, please contact me through email and allow me the chance to correct any issues you have. We can't fix a problem if We don't know about one. Your Satisfaction is our Goal. The transaction does not end at our shipping your order, or you receiving the item or even after feedback has been left.
